GARDEN VIEW COURT SUITES HO CHI MINH CITY

Centrally located with friendly staff. Good place to have as home away from home.

I forgot some clothes in the closet and was not able to recover them, which was disappointing. Also, the bathrooms are not well designed. They feel cramp and much of the floor will get wet when someone showers.

Excellent location, Breakfast was plentiful, The suite was spacious, and well equipped. The staff was very pleasant and cooperative

Location was excellent with many amenities, shopping and restaurant within walking distance; and it is easy to get taxis. Service throughout the process from frontdesk to concierge were very good.

We stayed for 4 nights and realised that the breakfast variety is quite limited, but sufficient albeit a bit repetitive. The apartment is of old design so looks dated but they are clean and comfortable to stay, very sizeable.

This is an excellent find in a great location. We loved our stay here. A quiet reserve in this bustling city yet close to everything! Great service. Great breakfast. Good gym and sizable accommodations!

location, reception 24/7, room itself, staff

guest weren’t allowed to stay after 10pm and therefore we had to book an extra charge, also every guest had to be registered by ID or passport, even if they were only visiting

Great location. Excellent and friendly staff. Spacious room with all amenities.

Location, excellent and helpful staff, great breakfast.

All good!

Location was terrific. Close to everything. Room was spacious. Staff very helpful

If you are looking for a balcony, the ones in these rooms are small, no furniture and the view is of a building, otherwise a great place to stay.

Staff is incredible and accommodating. The room was also spacious, clean, and wonderful as well.

Very spacious suite. We love having a washer and dryer in our suite. We used the gym and the steam room every day and enjoyed them very much. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

There are a really nice plunge pool and a whirlpool but in both the water was too cold.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was different every morning with fresh cooked Vietnamese food. The room had 2 bedrooms. Lots of space!

A great space to share with family and friends. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and malls.

I gave a 10 because it was one of the cleanest hotel in VN. My 4beds/3ba was very quiet. The beds were very comfy. We had a good night sleep. The staffs were really attentive.

Landscaping can be improve.

Really spacious and a beautiful facility. Appreciate the kitchen and laundry facilities. Bathrooms and showers are clean and work well. Can’t ask for more about its location. We didn’t use its swimming pool but that also looked clean and spacious. Breakfast is satisfactory. Staff are very kind.

Floor was not clean that my feet became dirty after walking in the room, I could feel dust as I walked in. It needs to be mopped. I saw lined up ants in the laundry room as I took out a piece of squashed chocolate out of a pocket and left it there for about 10 minutes. They quickly disappeared as I discarded the chocolate. We were on the 3rd floor.

Booked the single room suite and was surprised with how spacious and well equipped it was. Most places (malls, war museum, independence palace) are within walkable distance. Excellent food options, cafes and bars nearby.24x7 convenience store very nearby.

Location

We were given to stay in 3rd floor. When we just stepped out of the lift, the stale & uncleaned smell is introduced, the smell could have come from plant pots. And the walkways are dark.We we went out on the next day, my wife left the umbrella & sunglasses (branded) on the bed. We hung "Cleaning Service"tag at the door. When we come back in the afternoon, cleaning service was done. But we noticed that umbrella & sunglasses are gone missing. We thoroughly search in our luggages and also in every corner of the room, but to no avail. On the next day morning, we informed reception about the incident. Reception staff told us that "he will inform the manager". We went out on that day, after we come back in the evening, the umbrella was found in one of the luggage (it seems put back because it was found easily on top), but Sunglasses was gone forever. And another incident i want to share is that just before I travel to Vietnam, i received the message via whatsapp, definitely it was a scam...but the scammer knows exactly such as, my name, my checkin/checkout date and time, Garden view court hotel i am staying etc... it seems the info is leaked internally that Hotel Management need to look into the matter, need to scrutinize the hotel staffs for security reasons.

Good location, kind staff, great breakfast, good to have washing and drying machine

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, rice cooker, toaster, etc but we stayed for only one night, not long enough to use all the amenities. The washer & dryer inside the "apartment" are very handy. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room is definitely a plus. Large space to spread out our luggages. Travel tooth brushes with tooth paste, shavers and combs are nice - thank you. Hot shower - yes and breakfast to go since we left very early in the morning. Would definitely return and stay longer.

Some bigger coffee cups and larger bowls for morning cereal or soup noodles. Glass shower door, if a little wider, will stop water from flowing out onto the floor - from the bath tub and from showering.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast

No cloth or sponge provided in kitchen to wash dishesRoom service forgot to come to our room one day, we had to call reception twice to ask someone come
